I call it seasonal.
Some people call it inconsistent.
I don’t push myself to bloom when the skies are grey.
I rest. I feel. I wait for the sun.
And when it shows up —
so do I.
I’m Daisy Jericho. You might also know me as “DJFotoPerfect,” a writer, a feeler, and a quiet observer. Through every line I lived, I left a word behind. This space is where I gather them. Quotes. Sayings. Soft Truths. Saved not just for memory, but for meaning.

Still Here…Still Brave
Key Lyric Anchor
I walk through crowds with a
Smile, they trust—
But inside I'm dust.
I got worries I don't say out loud
Bills I can't pay, heads in the
clouds
Shopping bags filled with nothing
but air
But I still act like I don't care...Still Here…Still Brave

” I don’t do it for applause.
I just do the work—create,
complete, and carry on.”

I’ve never done things to be seen.
Not my blog. Not my visuals. Not
even the little projects that no one
claps for.
All my life, I’ve just…shown up.
I create what I need to. I finish what
I can. And then, move on to the next thing.
Not because it’s glamorous—but because of how I grow.
There is no secret behind what I do.
Just truth, quiet effort, and a little more determination each time.
I don’t need a spotlight.
I’ve got heart—and there’s always been enough.

Flannelette sheets.
A dunna that hugs me back.
A blanket like a soft no.
Tonight, I don’t need much — just this warmth, this stillness, this space.
Theme: Emotional safety, comfort after exhaustion
Why today?
Been reflecting on emotional weariness — hopefully this one would speak to others feeling the same.Flannelette sheets.

“Gees I must have been so hungry.
Empty bowl.
Empty teacup.
Empty teapot —
But I’m full.
Full physically… and full of knowledge too.” 😂
